Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Temperature-Safe Packaging
All orders are shipped in insulated thermal packaging with gel ice packs to protect chocolate quality during transit. Our packaging is designed to keep chocolates at a safe temperature for up to 48 hours in transit.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
We declare all packages accurately — we do not under-declare values or mark packages as gifts to avoid customs fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 days, please contact us at hello@fixdessert.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
