Refund, Returns & Exchanges

Our Commitment

We stand behind every product we ship. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description.

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

For bank transfers, refunds are returned to the same account used for payment. For crypto payments, refunds are issued in the equivalent USD value via the same cryptocurrency.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on product availability. Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened or partially consumed
  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage
  • Gift boxes that have been opened
