What payment methods do you accept?

How do I confirm my order?

After completing checkout, you'll receive a confirmation email. For bank transfers, your order is confirmed once we verify receipt of payment (1–3 business days). For crypto, once your transaction has sufficient confirmations.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at our contact page if you need to make changes.

Do you ship internationally?

How long does delivery take?

UAE orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days. International orders take 7–14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

How is chocolate protected during shipping?

All orders are packed with insulated thermal packaging and ice gel packs to maintain chocolate quality during transit.

Are your products halal?

Yes. All Fix Dessert Chocolatier products are 100% halal certified.

Do you cater to dietary restrictions?

How long do the chocolates stay fresh?

Our chocolates have a shelf life of 3–6 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required.
